You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, invoices, and accessories must be included.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence.
- Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, customized items, or clearance sale products may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or damaged products
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
How to Request a Return

- Photos/videos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy

- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
